Security in Transactions

Paypal offers more than just a quick checkout; it guarantees your information's security in every transaction you make at our website keeping your identity and financial information secure. Every time you place and order and introduce personal information this is captured by a Secure Socket Layer who encrypts it. Additionally, all the information you provide to us in your profile is protected from unauthorized use and email spam.

Trust is vital in e-commerce and our customer's safety is our concern. This is why we invite you to buy with confidence and pay safely.

Return & Exchange Policy

My Dog's Boutique has created a Satisfaction Rule to make sure our customers get what they need. For this we have created a Return & Exchange Policy that states the following:

You can cancel an order 24 hours after having placed it if you have not yet received a tracking number.

You can return your order within 7 days of having received it if the items have workmanship defect or if you received the wrong item due to our mistake. Make sure they are in their original package, unopened and that you include your return authorization number in a visible place.

If you ordered an item by mistake you can return it within 7 business days of receiving your order. You must call and get a return authorization number as well. Note that we will not refund the complete amount as we charge 15% restocking fee. Also, we are not responsible for the shipping costs you incur to send this product back to us. We will not refund the shipping cost we spent to deliver your original order.

To get a return authorization number please call (305) 463-7151 within 2 days of receiving your merchandise, otherwise you will not be able to return it. After receiving the product back please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email.

Out of Stock Items

Here at My Dog's Boutique we want to provide you with all the products you need. If the product you need happens to be Out of Stock please send us an inquiry by clicking the icon Ask a Question About this Product located in every product's description and we'll make sure to let you know as soon as we have the item back in stock.

Minimum Order Quantity

To ensure our low prices, our minimum order quantity is $150. If your order has not reached the minimum, you will not be able to complete checkout. If your order exceeds 70 lbs, you will see a message at checkout that the shipping cost will be calculated by us and added to your order after your approval. We will never charge you anything that you have not approved first.

 


Shipping & Handling

Our system calculates shipping cost only within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. , we can ship your order via UPS, FEDEX or any transportation of your preference, but we will first need to receive your order to provide you with an accurate shipping quotation.  We will not charge you until after you have approved the shipping cost.
